This is the second of the triptych. She is the "in the middle piece", a lot like me in between my sisters.

While speaking with a professor at UCSD it came up that I create paintings about surfing. You should have seen his face, it was such a painful expression, he already had a set image of what my "surf art" would be. But he said, "Bring them in, let's look at them." I did and his eyes sparkled, his mouth laughed and he said, "Meegan, you may just have something. Keep going."

This painting is stronger, more open than her sister. Acknowledging that being alone can be good.
